Filet Mignon with Shrimp and Lobster Cream Sauce

• Filet mignon steaks
• Shrimp, peeled and deveined
• Lobster meat, chopped
• Heavy cream
• Butter
• Garlic, minced
• White wine (optional)
• Fresh parsley, chopped
• Salt and pepper


1. Prepare the Filet Mignon: Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper. Heat some butter or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks to your liking, then set them aside to rest.
2. Cook the Shrimp and Lobster: In the same skillet, add a bit more butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp and chopped lobster, cooking until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Cream Sauce: Deglaze the skillet with a splash of white wine (if using) and pour in the heavy cream. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency. Return the cooked shrimp and lobster to the skillet, warming them through in the sauce.
4. Assemble the Dish: Place the cooked filet
