Pepperoni Pizza Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:
4 slices of bread
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 slices of pepperoni
2 tablespoons marinara sauce
2 tablespoons butter, softened

 

Directions:

Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place two slices, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
On each slice in the skillet, layer 1/2 cup mozzarella, 4 slices of pepperoni, and 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce.
Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
Grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve hot and enjoy!
